Notice of Annual General Meeting

PEA is seeking persons interested in making a difference in the lives of those affected by Huntington's Disease (www.ourhdspace.org).

Notice is hereby given that the 1st annual general meeting of the Peter Earl
Association Incorporated will be held at Albion Park Rail Uniting Church, Cnr Creamery Rd and Princes Hwy, Albion Park Rail, NSW on Wednesday 27th April 2011 at 6:30pm for the following purposes:

1. To elect office-bearers who are offering themselves and/or have been nominated for election to the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to vote, and attend, instead of him/her. A proxy need not be a member of the company.

Peter Earl Association Charity Ball

Date and venue have been booked for the Fundraiser dinner. Keep SAturday June 4th 2011 free. Great entertainment lined up for the night. Watch this space for more information as the date gets closer.
Dr Elizabeth McCusker will be guest speaker.

Peter Earl Association Inaugural Meeting

The Peter Earl Association is a charity supporting those suffering and affected by Huntington's Disease.

This is an open invitation to all who are able to donate time, knowledge, skills and/or funds at Albion Park Uniting Church Hall 1pm 19th February.
